Purpose and acceptance
These General Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website www.genevawealthpartners.ch (hereinafter the "Site"), published by Geneva Wealth Partners, with registered office in Tallinn, Estonia. Company identification number: 17395267 (hereinafter "we", "our", "Publisher").
By accessing the Site, you accept these Terms without reservation. They prevail over any other pre-contractual communication made through the Site. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Activity
The services presented on the Site relate to wealth structuring advisory, international tax optimisation and succession planning. They are provided on an informational and strategic basis as part of preliminary consultations. They do not constitute regulated investment advice within the meaning of European financial-services legislation, nor binding legal or tax advice engaging our liability.
Access to the Site
Access to the Site is free of charge, except for connection fees charged by your internet service provider. We deploy reasonable technical means to make the Site available 24/7, without being bound by an obligation of result.
We nevertheless reserve the right to:
- suspend, interrupt or limit access to the Site for maintenance or updates;
- modify content at any time;
- restrict access to certain parts of the Site.
These Terms also apply to any extension of the Site on existing or future social networks.
Client portal
To access the client portal, the client must accept these Terms and create a personal account. The client undertakes to keep their credentials confidential, to be solely responsible for any use made of them — save for proven fraudulent use that cannot reasonably be attributed to them — and to notify Geneva Wealth Partners in writing without delay of any unauthorised use, loss or theft of credentials of which they become aware. Identifier and password are personal and confidential, and the client agrees to take all necessary precautions to keep them secure.

Content and information
The content published on the Site (articles, case studies, simulation tools, downloadable documents, etc.) is provided for information purposes only. It does not constitute personalised legal, tax or financial advice. It is intended to present the Publisher’s activity and to educate users on wealth, financial, legal and tax topics. Any decision based on this content is the sole responsibility of the user.
The information published on the Site is:
- General and informational — it does not constitute personalised advice.
- Non-contractual — it creates no commitment on our part.
- Subject to change — we reserve the right to update it.
Limitation of liability
We disclaim any responsibility for:

Any wealth or tax structuring engagement provided by the Publisher will only materialise after a formal interview and the mandatory signature of a specific contractual document.
Sectoral and geographic restrictions
The information on the Site is not addressed to persons residing in jurisdictions where its distribution or the offer of our services would be contrary to local regulations. In particular:
- US residents ("US Persons") are informed that our services are not intended to be solicited from the United States and that this Site does not constitute an offer of services in that territory.
- References to specific tax, legal or regulatory benefits are subject to the legal provisions in force in the user’s country of tax residence and may be modified without notice.
- Access to certain analyses, tools or content may be restricted depending on the user’s declared profile.
Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (structure, texts, visuals, logo, graphics, images, videos, databases) are the exclusive property of Geneva Wealth Partners or its licensors and are protected by Swiss and international intellectual-property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or translation, in whole or in part, in any medium or by any process, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the Publisher.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. Geneva Wealth Partners has no control over the content of these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their use.
Availability
We endeavour to ensure availability of the Site 24/7, without being bound by an obligation of result. The Site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons of force majeure.
Modification of the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, for technical, legal or commercial reasons. The updated version takes effect upon publication on the Site. It is your responsibility to consult this page regularly.
For substantive changes affecting your rights, we will notify you by email if you have subscribed to our newsletter or hold an active client account. Continued use of the Site after publication of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the European Union, to the exclusion of its conflict-of-laws rules.
Consumer protection
If you act as a consumer (a private individual acting for non-professional purposes) and your habitual residence is in a Member State of the European Union or EFTA, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of your country of residence. You may bring an action either before the European courts or before those of your place of residence, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis).
Jurisdiction
Subject to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions above, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent European courts.
Mediation
Before any legal action, the parties undertake to seek an amicable resolution. Failing agreement within 60 days of notification of the dispute, the matter will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction designated above.
Language
These Terms are drafted in French for the convenience of our French-speaking clients. The legally binding version is the English version.
